Guidelines
Advertising on our radio stations is not only a great way to reach the people
of the Tri-State area, but to get them in motion and into your business the way
hundreds of other businesses do every week of the year.
Our marketing staff is trained in getting results for you. We are not a Wall
Street company, but a Main Street company. Our employees shop in the same
stores you do, eat in the same restaurants you do and are concerned about all
of the same things you are. A lifetime in these communities gives us a unique
perspective into the people of the Tri-State and their way of life. All
of our reps are certified in radio advertising by the Radio Advertising Bureau
and are fluent in other ad media as well.
How it Works:
When our advertising rep comes to see you, they will start by asking you 21
simple questions that uniquely identifies your business (listed below).
Taking this information back to the radio station, a team begins the research
into your business and business category. When the rep returns, they will
present a recommended advertising schedule with a CD of 3 completely produced
commercial ideas for your business. But the most important thing they will provide
you is an ROI (Return On Investment) calculation. This calculation shows
you on paper what you should expect in returns from your advertising.
Ad Costs: The price of a commercial (ad, spot) can
start as low as $8.00 per ad and can scale all the way up to $65 per ad.
The least expensive ad costs are obtained by signing annual contracts, which calculate
the best rates available by employing an inventory-based scheduling system .
Annual schedules run through all days and dayparts (a daypart being a period of
time with a designation of 6A-10A Morning Drive).
To get started, call our main offices at 928-855-4560 and ask to speak to a
sales manager.
